New Site - Coming October 3rd

Our new site will be dynamic and fresh, delivering on our members’ evolving needs and expectations. We invite you to check out our beta site and let us know what you think through our online survey.

With your help, we’ll make it even better.

What do I need to know?

  • Fresh! The new site will look and feel different. We’ve made changes to make it easier for you to find the right information quickly – plus, fresh new content that fuels your financial health.
  • Responsive! You will notice that no matter which device you are using to view our site, it will respond to the size of your screen. No more pinching and zooming in to read the text!
  • Bookmarks
    • If you had bookmarked a page on our old site, it will be redirected to a page on our new site. For example, if you bookmarked Online Banking Log in Page, you will be redirected to a new page.
  • Online Banking
    • When you click on the Login button for online banking, it will open a new secure page. The log in process remains the same; you will be asked to enter your member number and personal access code (PAC)
    • The header and footer within your online banking portal will look different and match our new site. Online banking functionality will remain same (for now), with exciting changes planned for the future!

SCCU Mobile App  - Important Action Required for Mobile App Users

As we implement changes to our new website, members will need to
update their Mobile App before September 30 2019.

All of the awesome functionality of our app will remain the same. However, members will need to ensure they are using the most up to date version of the SCCU Mobile App; these are:

Apple (IOS)         Version 13.18.7
Android               Version 13.18.8

Next Steps:

  1. Check the settings on your phone – have you enabled “automatic updates”?
    If you have enabled this, the newest version of our Mobile App will download automatically.
    No need for further action.
  2. If you have not enabled “automatic update” on your phone, when you click on the mobile app icon on your screen, you will see a warning that asks you to perform that upgrade now.
    Be sure to manually update your Mobile App by visiting the App Store or Google Play and downloading the update.


Note: Members may notice a spinning wheel at the top of their mobile app screen once it is upgraded. This is a known bug and a fix is underway. In the meantime, please turn on QuickView as a fix:

Settings > Account Preferences > Enable Quickview
