What is Self-Serve Password Reset?

Self-Serve Password Reset allows Member’s to reset their password whenever they need to, at the time they need to – without having to visit the branch or call our Member Service Centre.

How to reset your password (2-Step Verification must be enabled): 

• Click on ‘Forgot Password’ link on login screen
• Enter your member number along with the last 3 digits of your SIN number 
• Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS or email to reset password
• Create your new password
