Report a Lost or Stolen Card Immediately
Here is what you need to do first and foremost.
If your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, it is important for you to report this information as soon as possible to ensure that your account(s) are protected.

You should receive your replacement card within 5 business days. If you’re overseas, we can courier it to you at a cost of $50. Your PIN will remain the same. Please notify us immediately if you are concerned that your PIN has been disclosed to someone who may have unauthorized access to the new card.
Please note: it is not required to update your online or mobile banking login details as these are not linked to your card.

Secure your PIN
- Choose a number that’s hard to guess: avoid birth dates, driver’s licence details, phone numbers or any easy-to-guess personal information
- Select a unique PIN that you can easily remember
- Once you’ve selected a secure PIN, don’t write it down or share it with anyoneIf you suspect your PIN has been compromised, let us know right away.
