Contact SCCU for a replacement card
You should receive your replacement card within 5 business days. If you’re overseas, we can courier it to you at a cost of $50. Your PIN will remain the same. Please notify us immediately if you are concerned that your PIN has been disclosed to someone who may have unauthorized access to the new card.
Please note: it is not required to update your online or mobile banking login details as these are not linked to your card.
