Four ways to shape our future together
1) Member Voice Surveys

Our Member Voice survey occurs bi-annually in spring and fall. You will receive an email from Sentis and Sunshine Coast Credit Union requesting your feedback. We review the results carefully as they shape and elevate the experience we deliver to you – from products to advice.

2) Branch Experience Feedback

If you visited us in-branch recently, you may receive an email inviting you to share your experience with us. Your immediate feedback will help us quickly improve our products, processes and services.

3) Members Matter Panel
Take an active role in shaping our future.
Our Member Matters panel is a group of members who have volunteered to provide feedback and help us improve our products, processes and service.
If you would like to be part of a member panel, we welcome your participation in the form of online polls/surveys. Periodically, we may also reach out to see if you would be interested in sharing your feedback in-person.

4) Compliments and Complaints
They both matter. Whether you have words of praise or suggestions on how we can improve, we'd like to hear from you.
